Green lights
Signs the system is alive:
- calendar reflects stated priorities
- regular movement is happening
- family time is deliberate and felt
- work is moving through leverage, not founder panic
- truth is being told faster and more cleanly
- at least one meaningful project is progressing in each core pillar
- life feels designed, not merely managed
Yellow flags
Signs drift may be starting:
- admin begins dominating attention
- exercise becomes optional and vague
- family plans remain conceptual
- projects multiply faster than they progress
- truth gets delayed in the name of peace
- calendar fills with useful-but-below-role work
- comfort starts feeling like a reason not to push
Red flags
Signs I'm becoming comfortable but dimmed:
- business wins are happening but presence is thinning
- I am talking about the life more than living it
- founder dependency is increasing
- beginnerhood is avoided
- I'm choosing smoothness over truth repeatedly
- health becomes theory
- family receives the rest of me, not the best of me
Weekly review questions
- Did I live in a way my family could feel this week?
- What got my best energy? What got my leftovers?
- Where did I keep my word?
- Where did I avoid truth, and why?
- What project moved materially forward?
- What is one thing to cut, one thing to recommit to, and one thing to make visible next week?
Monthly review questions
- Which pillar is strongest right now?
- Which pillar is being starved?
- What am I tolerating that is lowering aliveness?
- Is my calendar reflecting my actual role and identity?
- What would make the next month feel more earned?
