Working Principles

Only distilled ideas belong here. If it is vague, flattering, or not actionable, it does not graduate.

Identity and Truth

  1. **If it costs truth, it's too expensive.**
  2. **Self-abandonment is a quiet death.**
  3. **Short-term discomfort beats long-term self-betrayal.**
  4. **Live as the full version of yourself, not the edited one.**

Love and Relationship

  1. **She deserves the best of me, not the rest of me.**
  2. **Marriage is made every single morning.**
  3. **Treat every day like the first, and there will be no last.**
  4. **Presence is a form of love; assumption is not.**

Fatherhood and Legacy

  1. **My legacy is not what I build. It's what my children become able to mirror without unlearning me.**
  2. **Model the behavior. Children believe what they watch.**
  3. **Give them armour, not dependence.**
  4. **Protect their light without trying to control their becoming.**

Growth and Action

  1. **Stagnation is a quiet failure.**
  2. **I don't need motivation. I need structure that removes negotiation.**
  3. **If I need to feel like it, I won't. If it's booked, I will.**
  4. **Consistency is not character alone; it is design.**
  5. **The system must protect joy, not replace it.**

Ambition and Work

  1. **Build boldly: create things that matter, not just things that make money.**
  2. **Automation over heroics. Leverage over effort.**
  3. **Build so participation becomes a choice, not a burden.**
  4. **Opposition can fuel me, but creation must define me.**
  5. **Solve my own meaningful problems, then pass down the solution.**
  6. **Money is not the mission, but it funds the path to meaningful agency.**
  7. **Better problems are a sign of growth.**
  8. **Write to clarify thought, create leverage, and attract aligned opportunity.**
  9. **I am the niche; build for the past version of me who needed this.**

Inner Work

  1. **The armor that protected me may also be limiting me.**
  2. **Receiving without repaying is safe now.**
  3. **Being witnessed as a beginner is part of becoming whole.**
  4. **Strength without softness becomes distance.**

Questions These Principles Must Keep Earning

  1. **The armor that protected me may also be limiting me.**
  2. **Receiving without repaying is safe now.**
  3. **Being witnessed as a beginner is part of becoming whole.**
  4. **Strength without softness becomes distance.**

Questions These Principles Must Keep Earning

  • Which of these do I truly live, and which do I merely admire?
  • Which principle is asking for behavior change right now?
  • Where am I using a principle as identity theater instead of practice?
