One-Page Doctrine

Live true. Build boldly. Love deeply. Grow always. Leave a legacy that lifts others.

Own the day or it will own me. Today is my day. My life is what I experience. What I experience is my choice.

Breathe. Enjoy this. Ask: how can I enjoy this? I live life with joy. My default state is humour.

Tell the truth cleanly. Keep my word. Build in a way my family can feel — not just admire. To be the best father, I must become the best me.

Use structure to protect freedom. Use work to create meaning, leverage, and contribution. Use AI to amplify truth, execution, and creativity. Use strength in service of steadiness, protection, and love.

Life is about giving, not taking. I am here to create, contribute, and leave people, places, and systems better than I found them. I am the change I want to see in the world.

Reject comfort that dims aliveness. Reject success that costs presence. Reject self-abandonment disguised as peace. Reject work that deadens the soul. Reject masculinity that confuses hardness with strength.

I am either growing or dying. I live today knowing there may be no tomorrow. Choose better problems. Solve real ones. Pass down the solution. Break the pattern. Become more myself, not more acceptable.

My legacy is not what I build. It is what my children can mirror without unlearning me.

That is the standard.
