Current thesis
Work is no longer for survival. The game now is truth, creation, leverage, and meaningful contribution.
If work makes me rich but less alive, less present, or less myself, it is too expensive.
Core lines
- Build boldly.
- Automation over heroics.
- Leverage over effort.
- Honest positioning beats aggressive sales.
- Build from overflow, not deficit.
What I believe
- Ambition is still good; it just needs a cleaner fuel source.
- I am at my best when building things that create real value and simplify complexity.
- Systems that run without me are not disengagement; they are mature design.
- Being unnecessary is a feature, not a threat.
Questions
- What am I truly trying to build now that survival is over?
- Where am I still working to prove something instead of express something?
- What would success look like if presence mattered as much as scale?
In practice
- Prefer structures that protect life over businesses that consume it.
- Avoid opportunities that are commercially good but spiritually thinning.
- Build things worth handing to other people without apology.
